Description of transformer skeleton sample testing and production

1. Sample testing and recognition stage:

The project or business shall carry out strict test and check on the products when sending samples:

Product size of A, especially the important parts and wall thickness required by customers as the key points of control.

B strength test, the general skeleton can reach 3Kgf, for thin structure or small products, the strength is relatively small.

C. Withstand voltage test. Pass the high-pressure test (such as the withstand voltage condition of 3.5kv, 2mA and 60S), and avoid the poor withstand voltage caused by unreasonable material selection and wall thickness in the design stage.

D solder test, test the tin on the pins, as well as the deformation and bubbling of the body after instantaneous (1-3s) high temperature.

2. Skeleton production stage

(1) Injection molding

In this process, the melting bakelwood and plastic materials at high temperature are injected into the mold cavity through the pressure of the injection molding machine. After a certain molding and cooling time, the skeleton is separated from the mold through the ejection system. The process control focuses on the temperature and pressure at injection and the ratio of recycled material in the plastic. The change of injection temperature and pressure will definitely affect the change of the basic size of the product, the change of the strength and characteristics of the product, and the change of the thickness of the burr. The thickness of the burr will also directly affect the operation of the next process. The process can be monitored by PQC into SPC to detect the changes as soon as possible and make corresponding adjustments so as to ensure the quality of products. The finished mold should be cleaned and maintained in time to extend the service life of the mold and bring more benefits to the enterprise.

(2) Rough edge treatmen

This process is mainly aimed at bakelwood skeleton. In order to successfully discharge the gas generated in the forming process, we need to add an exhaust groove on the mold. The melted raw materials fill the exhaust groove under the action of high pressure, so we need to use a burr processor to process the burr edge through a specific process. In the control of burr edge, we need to measure the size of the product to determine whether the size of the skeleton is affected by the thickness of burr edge. Additional general with burr edge whether pervious to light will judge whether to be able to deal with clean.

In the process of burr processing, we should choose the size of sand according to the structural characteristics of the product, such as the size of the groove, the strength of the product blade. Otherwise, it will cause sand particles to get stuck in the wire groove and block the copper wire, or get stuck in the pinhole and affect the process of the next pin. Try not to do burr treatment after inserting the pin, otherwise it will affect the perpendicularity of the pin.

For plastic products, only by hand processing. SMD type of wood products, first through the tunnel burr machine processing, and then manually remove the adhesion on the terminal burr.
